Founded in 1999, IPSA Labs emerged from the shared dream of Dr. Mukesh Arora and Dr. Sapna Arora, a devoted husband-and-wife team whose Ayurvedic journey began at Shri Dhanwantry Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Chandigarh. What started on their humble dining table, carefully crafting formulations with love and hope, became the foundation of a journey that touched countless lives. On February 2nd, they celebrated their very first sale of Eraser Anti-Marks Cream—a moment that still holds a special place in the company’s story.

From a small one-room office, IPSA Labs grew steadily, fueled by hard work, belief, and the trust of its customers. By 2012, the company had blossomed into a team of over 140 members, with annual sales reaching its peak. Over the years, IPSA Labs introduced more than 30 skin and oral care products—each created with the same care and sincerity as those early days—and found a place in the hearts of lakhs of customers.

Like every meaningful journey, there were challenges along the way. The company faced setbacks, but its spirit remained unshaken. Today, IPSA Labs is ready to start a new chapter—returning to serve its loyal customers and earn the trust of new ones, this time with a renewed purpose: to donate a portion of profits to support girls’ education. Giving back has always been part of the founder’s values. Over the years, Dr. Mukesh Arora has quietly supported the education of many children from his alma mater in Pehowa, Haryana—a cause that has always been deeply close to his heart.

The story of IPSA Labs is also a family story. The company is named after their eldest daughter, Ipsa, and today, their three children—two daughters and a son, all doctors—proudly carry forward this legacy. Together, they continue to honor the values of care, integrity, and giving back that IPSA Labs was built on.
